After you landed in Honolulu Airport please turn on your cell phone, so that our driver who is waiting for you at the airport can reach you and tell you how to reach our cars. Or you can call us @ (808)226-6668 while you heading to the baggage area. After you pick up your baggage please call us again our drivers will guide you to permitted pick up area (For Hawaiian airlines US continental (baggage "B" and "C"), and inter-island flights, the pickup area is the nearby commercial parking lot.) For most other airlines, it is the marked green curb on the 2nd middle sidewalk. For American, Continental Airlines and united airlines, the Permitted pick up area will be on the 3rd middle sidewalk), you can ask one of the
security personel where is the nearest PERMITEE pick up area is.
* We do not charge for delayed flights, we will always update your flight arrival schedule, even your flight delayed you don't have to worry. Once you made your appointment with us and your flight arrived within our business hours 5:00am to 11:00pm we will be there waiting for you.

Int'l flights Arrival: When you arrive from international flights, Once you came out from the door make a immediate right to the Pedestrian crosswalk between number 8 and 9(you will see those numbers on the wall), and cross over to the middle sidewalk,our Shuttle will be on your right hand side of the crosswalk.
*International Customers: If you CAN NOT find our van, Please call us @ (808)226-6668 from your cell phone or paid-phone for pick up instructions. There is a money change machine and some paid-phones on your left, you need $0.50 dollar to make a phone call.
Baggage "B": (Hawaiian airlines US Continental flights) Once you came out the baggage claim "B" make a immediate left to the parking lot,our Shuttle will wait for you @ the parking lot where the yellow fire hydrant is.
Baggage "C": (Hawaiian Airlines Inter-island flights and Hawaiian airlines US Continental night flights) Once you came out the baggage claim "C" make a immediate right to the parking lot, our Shuttle will waiting for you @ the parking lot.
Baggage "D": (Delta airlines,Northwest airlines and Alaska Airlines) Once you came out the baggage claim "D" make a immediate left to the first Pedestrian crosswalk(between number 8 and 9 you will see those numbers on the wall), across over to the middle sidewalk, our Shuttle will be on your right hand side of the crosswalk.
Baggage "E": (West Jet, U.S. airway, Air pacific, Omni airlines and Air Canada) Once you came out the baggage claim "E" make a immediate right to the first crosswalk(between "E" and "F"), across it to the middle sidewalk, our Shuttle will be on your left hand side of the crosswalk.
Baggage "F": (US Airways) Once you came out the baggage claim "F" make a immediate left to the first crosswalk(between "E" and "F"),across it to the middle sidewalk, our Shuttle will be on your left hand side of the crosswalk.
Baggage "G": (American airlines and Continental Airlines) Once you came out the baggage claim "G" make a immediate right to the first crosswalk(between "G" and "H"), across the crosswalk two times to the third middle sidewalk, our Shuttle will be on the third middle lane.
Baggage "H": (United airlines) Once you came out the baggage claim "H" make a immediate left to the first crosswalk(between "G" and "H"), across the crosswalk two times to the third middle sidewalk, our Shuttle will be on the third middle lane.
